Helen Lawless is an experienced human resources practitioner with a focus on change management and group facilitation. Helen works collaboratively with organisations to deliver practical and commercial people outcomes. Her successful track record in managing human resources functions in large and complex organisations has given her extensive insight into implementing change, overcoming resistance and delivering reliable outcomes .
Helen delivers tailored, high quality services that focus on improving the organisation so its business needs are met and its people are happy and motivated. Helen has a Master of Business in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations. She also holds an Advanced Diploma in Group Facilitation Skills and the Company Director’s Diploma. She is an accredited Prosci Change Management Practitioner.
Helen knows how to relax away from work, which often means long walks on the beach with her dogs, or doing Pilates, entertaining or planning her next travel adventure (which at the moment is in Australia).
