Nick Harding is a senior Employee Relations Manager with deep experience working in large and complex state government departments and the health industry.
Nick’s experience includes enterprise agreement development, human resources policy development, organisational change management, workplace investigations, staff grievance reviews, Fair Work Australia submissions/advocacy and staff conflict mediation.
Nick has a well-honed ability to listen to competing objectives within businesses and develop practical solutions that satisfy all parties.
Nick holds an Honour’s Degree in Legal Studies and Politics.
Away from work, when not surfing, Nick can probably be found listening to music or playing blues guitar, reading, cooking, or honing his amateur carpentry skills.
